Men's Lacrosse:
Men’s Varsity lacrosse traveled to St. Mary’s of Stockton for the first of two contests over spring. The team fielded a skeleton crew due to spring break travel, matched against a full Ram’s roster that was not on spring break. The Falcons trailed by one at the end of the first quarter, with Sam Ketcher ’22 scoring in the first. It was 3-5 Rams at half-time, with some of the Falcons playing with no rest, with only three subs. The team stumbled in the third quarter, but rallied back hard in the fourth, finishing with a final score of 11-6. The Falcons performed remarkably well, running full steam the entire game. Nick Webster ’24 logged his first assist of the season, feeding the ball to Bradey Tyler ’24 for one of Bradey’s two scores. Ryan McLaughlin ’25 added his fifth goal of the season while Sam Ketcher ’22 tallied three for the game. Senior Miles Tibon ’22 played both offensive and defensive sides of the ball, while defenders Jackson Schlink ’22, James Kubish ’22 and Sean Haygard ’24 played nearly the entire 48 minutes. Freshman Matthew Harris ’25 also played a solid game, showing his talent as one of the future leaders of the Falcons. The team will rematch Bella Vista on the last Friday of Spring Break.
