This week's theme is: GRIT
Grit is a positive, non-cognitive trait based on an individual's perseverance of effort combined with the passion for a particular long-term goal. Instilling grit into our athletes adds life tools to their belts which allows them to stand tall at all times. As coaches we love the player that has grit, that is the athlete that will push to the edges of their abilities and strive for a better outcome. It is now our job to aid in overall grit.
