Women's Golf:
Last week for a very successful one and there were some things to celebrate! Cali Rapolla was named as Falcon of the Week by the athletic department for her consistent and excellent play. We hope to add a player or two as our season continues. The varsity team stayed undefeated and played excellent at Ancil Hoffman vs. El Camino and won 191-258. Hannah Stouder led the team with a 37, while recording three birdies. Maddy McFall, Brie Briggs, and Alison Oliveira all scored in the 30's as well. They took down Rio Americano two days later at Bing Maloney with a low score for the season, at 188, to Rio's 204. Brie Briggs has been playing great recently and led four girls who scored in the 30's. Maddy, Alison and Hannah also put up a great score.
The JV team practiced and then played a match vs. McClatchy on Thursday. CKM was only able to play four golfers, so it wasn't a traditional score with the top 5 out of six, but it was a good experience nonetheless. They will play again this coming Thursday.
